Zafreen graduated from St. Mary’s University with a degree in International Business. She has been in the service business since she was 18 years of age. Zafreen has worked in the medical industry for close to 6 years. Her goal is to help everyone stay healthy at a reasonable cost and she feels fortunate to be able to do what she dreamed of.

Nikole has served as a Family Nurse practitioner for Primary care and treats ages, newborn to geriatrics.  She has also serves as Nurse Practitioner rounding in long term care facilities.  As a registered nurse she has provided excellent nursing care on an acute post-surgical orthopedics and neurosurgery hospital unit.  She has performed pharmacotherapy nurse counseling in the areas of autoimmune, hepatology, transplant, pediatric respiratory, and multiple sclerosis. Her mission is to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive competent healthcare to all ages across the lifespan.



Susan Dexter, FNP-BC

After graduating from the University of North Alabama in 1997, Susan spent over four years working full-time as an RN in a variety of hospital settings. Susan then graduated in 2001 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she received her MSN. A practicing Family Nurse Practitioner since 2001, Susan brings extensive experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, internal medicine, and family practice. She is well-versed in emergent/urgent procedures, as well as disease management and health promotion. In her free time, Susan enjoys spending time with her 3 children.
