Olga brings an accomplished background in Medical-Surgical and critical care to the field of primary care. Since 2010 she has worked as a RN at Bon Secours St Francis Hospital, Greenville SC. After moving to Cumming, GA in 2017, she has worked as a critical nurse in the heart failure unit at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

While serving as a RN, Olga attended South University‘s Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She graduated with a great GPA is excited to take care of patients as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She likes to serve the community by helping patients achieve wellness through diseases prevention and management of chronic conditions.

Zafreen graduated from St. Mary’s University with a degree in International Business. She has been in the service business since she was 18 years of age. Zafreen has worked in the medical industry for close to 6 years. Her goal is to help everyone stay healthy at a reasonable cost and she feels fortunate to be able to do what she dreamed of.





Susan Dexter, FNP-BC

After graduating from the University of North Alabama in 1997, Susan spent over four years working full-time as an RN in a variety of hospital settings. Susan then graduated in 2001 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she received her MSN. A practicing Family Nurse Practitioner since 2001, Susan brings extensive experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, internal medicine, and family practice. She is well-versed in emergent/urgent procedures, as well as disease management and health promotion. In her free time, Susan enjoys spending time with her 3 children.
